As part of our recent group consolidation program, PASS Technologies and Xeronics were merged into PASS Group Holding AG. Xeronics operates now under the new name PASS Innovations AG and continues to develop base concepts and technologies for technology innovations to be adopted and verticalized by our sister companies and third parties.
